Welcome to “The Vibe” Estate. We hope that you enjoy your stay.
“The Vibe” Estate is a spacious Estate located in Shandin Hills, one of the most prestige areas in San Bernardino.
The views are amazing and the property provides the perfect area to relax and spend quality time with friends and family. The view from the hilltop pool is unmatched and is perfect for relaxation and fun in the sun. We hope that you have an amazing experience.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel until 72 hours before check-in, for a full refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours will not be refunded.
Provided below are the house rules:
Check-In Time is 4 PM.
Check-Out Time is 11 AM.
General House Rules:
Outdoor music must be turned down by Midnight.
Pool Rules:
• No Lifeguard on Duty, swim at your own risk.
• No diving due to shallow waters.
• Please turn down music by Midnight.
• No glass in the pool area.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Stairs to Pool are steep and contain 35 steps. Use stairs to the pool at your own risk.
• Fire Bowls, Fire Pit, and Pool Heater must be turned off by Midnight.
By booking this Estate, you are agreeing to the house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any damages and any personal injuries that may occur during your stay.
